I ended up paying more than I expected, and the wash was just okay. For the price, I was thinking my car would come out looking a lot cleaner. I reached out and the support reply was basically like, “that’s our standard pricing” and “results can vary depending on the vehicle,” which didn’t really make me feel any better. Overall, it just felt like poor value for the money.

I was a bit confused by the pricing . I had to click around more than I expected , and even then I still wasn’t totally sure what I’d be paying until later . For a car wash site , I just want the prices to be right there and easy to compare . Maybe I missed it , but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me . Frustrating .

I had a frustrating time dealing with their support, honestly. The replies were slow, and when they did get back to me, they weren’t really helpful. It felt like I was just being brushed off, instead of actually getting a simple issue sorted out. I expected it to be quick and easy, but it turned into a hassle, and I wouldn’t use them again.

My car still had dirt on the doors and around the back after the wash, so it felt like it barely got cleaned. When I reached out about it, support kind of made it seem like it was my fault or like I was expecting too much, which was frustrating

Got my car detailed. Outside looked good. Inside was just okay. Still saw dust in corners and around the seats. Not bad, but I expected a little more.

Every time I looked, the times that worked for me were either already taken or not available, and the next openings were way too far out. Compared to other car wash places where you can usually get in easily, this felt like too much effort. I checked a few different times and eventually just gave up

Stopped by to get a workout in, but of course half the equipment was out of order again. Always a fun little surprise when you plan your time around actually using the gym. Ended up wasting more time waiting around than working out.

That said, after I paid, I wasn’t totally confident everything was confirmed the way it should be. Some of the details around the time and what was actually included felt a little vague, so I found myself double-checking instead of just trusting the process.

Overall, it worked and saved me some hassle, but the site could feel a bit clearer and more reassuring once payment is done. It’s useful, just not perfect, so 3 stars feels about right.

I booked an interior cleaning for my car through autospawash.com, and overall it definitely looked better than it did before. The seats and mats were mostly cleaned up, and the inside smelled a lot fresher afterward, which was the first thing I paid attention to when I got back in.
That said, I’m the kind of person who tends to notice the little areas I use every day, and there was still some dust around the cup holders and between the seats. I also spotted a couple small marks on the door panel that were still there. It wasn’t a bad job, but for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail. 3 stars from me.

The staff weren't not polite or anything, but they didn’t really do much to help me out either

I stopped in and right away it just didn’t feel very well kept. The floors looked like they hadn’t seen a mop in a while, and the bays had a unpleasant smell. I didn’t stay longer than I had to.

My item arrived damaged. I filed a claim. The whole process was frustrating. Support was not helpful. I felt like they did not really care.
